VILLAGE THANKS LONGTIME ADMINISTRATOR UPON RETIREMENT
On May 15, the Village Board presented retiring Village Administrator Michael Pollocoff with a Resolution of Deepest Appreciation for his distinguished service to the community over more than three decades. During his time in Pleasant Prairie Michael Pollocoff has impacted countless lives for the better by undertaking public health and quality of life projects related to: sanitary sewer; safe drinking water; sustainable economic development; healthy recreation opportunities; family support services; tourism; high quality retail, industrial and residential developments; and public safety services.
Village President John P. Steinbrink commented, “Michael R. Pollocoff has served the Town and Village Boards and residents of this community with a great deal of distinction, vision, patience and humility, in rare combination, and is highly regarded by the Village Board and those he has served with over the years. The Village of Pleasant Prairie and surrounding communities have been greatly enriched by Mike’s life’s work and community involvement.”
