RESIDENTIAL RECYCLING CENTER OPENS FOR ON-SEASON HOURS ON SATURDAY, MARCH 25
Pleasant Prairie operates a Residential Recycling Center for Village residents. The center will be open for on-season hours between March 25 and December 2, weather permitting. NEW...during 2017, the Residential Recycling Center will remain open on Saturdays between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. throughout the off-season (December through March).
The center is easy to use, with convenient drop-off hours and options and free items for Village residents - compost, wood chips and mulch. Drop-off options can help you work around times when you need more flexibility with your disposal options, like dropping off your garbage and recycling before you leave for a vacation. *Please note, the Residential Recycling Center is closed on the first Wednesday of each month in order to accommodate safe grinding operations.
The Residential Recycling Center is located at 8000 128th Street. When using the center, please be prepared to provide proof of residence in Pleasant Prairie. If you frequent the site, for your convenience, you can request a compost sticker for your automobile window.
