The Harvest Trail Run is an all ages 5K run that will take place on the newly completed Prairie Farms Trail that begins in Prairie Springs Park. The Indoor/Outdoor Triathlon (for ages 8 and older) incorporates a 400-meter indoor swim, a 4-mile spin bike ride, and a 2.3-mile outdoor run (weather permitting).

Information related to both events is available online by clicking here, in person at RecPlex (9900 Terwall Terrace), or by telephone at 262.947.0437.

“We’d love to invite everyone to Pleasant Prairie for some fitness filled adventure this fall,” shared Chris Finkel, Assistant Director of Recreation for the Village of Pleasant Prairie. “The sense of accomplishment and camaraderie when participating in a race is a great experience to share with friends or family of all ages and abilities.”

The Village of Pleasant Prairie will also host a ribbon cutting ceremony for the Prairie Farms Trail immediately preceding the Harvest Trail Run at 8:30 a.m. on October 12 at the trailhead on the north side of Prairie Springs Park.
