Police Department
During the month of April, the Pleasant Prairie Police Department sought the assistance of the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals® (ASPCA®) to execute a search warrant on a property within the Village where animal neglect had been taking place. The ASPCA® sent their Field Investigations and Response and Forensic Sciences teams to assist in the documentation of evidence.

The expertise brought to bear by this team was invaluable given the magnitude of the case. The Pleasant Prairie Police Department wishes to thank the ASPCA® for their assistance.

The ASPCA® is a national organization and is supported strictly through donations from citizens around the country enabling them to provide these services. You can learn more about the ASPCA® at www.aspca.org.
