Adopt-a-Road
The Adopt-a-Road program is a two-year commitment by local community and business groups to clean up a Pleasant Prairie roadway two times per year. The Village provides equipment for each group to complete their annual cleanup, including: bags, safety vests and rubber gloves. A safety training session is also conducted with members of the program.
The Village recognizes the groups that Adopt-a-Road by placing a sign with the groups name at each end of the groups section of roadway. The Village would like to thank all those groups who participate in the Adopt-a-Road program. Their efforts help make the Village a cleaner and more welcoming community. Current Adopt-a-Road participants include:
