Prairie Family Days
During the return of Prairie Family Days this summer, thanks to many generous community partners, the Village welcomed area residents with live music, a craft fair, food, entertainment, carnival rides and games, youth and family activities, sporting events, a Saturday evening fireworks show and more. Four Pleasant Prairie businesses joined us at Family Days as “Made in Pleasant Prairie” exhibitors to help residents learn more about their role as a community business: Fair Oaks Farms, LMI Packaging Solutions and their business partner Lakeview Farms, Rehrig Pacific Company, and Pleasant Prairie Premium Outlets. Over the course of the weekend, representatives from these community businesses interacted with attendees and shared information about their business and the products or service they provide from their location in Pleasant Prairie.

Fair Oaks Farms produces custom pork, beef and chicken products. LMI provides product lidding and packaging solutions for business partners in the food industry. Rehrig Pacific manufactures plastic transport packaging solutions like pallets, crates and carts. Premium Outlets draws visitors to the area for outdoor outlet shopping near I-94. The Village Board and staff would like to sincerely thank the Made in Pleasant Prairie businesses for introducing their companies to the community during this year’s Prairie Family Days.

Please consider joining us for Family Days in 2012 during the weekend of July 20 - 22. Watch for more details at PrairieFamilyDays.com.
