On Monday, May 9, the Pleasant Prairie Plan Commission considered and approved Site and Operational Plans for four separate business interests.
Plans were considered and approved for Aalto Enhancement Center to occupy 3,700 square feet in the Willow Point Retail Center located at 8501 75th Street. Aalto Enhancement Center will offer wellness services and products, including counseling, psychiatry, massage therapy, and aesthetician services, from its new location. They are relocating because a landlord will be closing their current location in Kenosha at the end of June. Approximately four full-time and eight part-time employees will work from the new location.
Plans were considered and approved for Sheridan Auto Body Shop to occupy 3,440 square feet at 12627 Sheridan Road. Plans call for two to three full-time employees and one to two part-time employees to provide auto body services from the location.
Site and Operational Plans were also considered and approved for Catalyst Exhibits to occupy 144,394 square feet at 7809 100th Street. Catalyst will design and fabricate three-dimensional marketing exhibits for trade shows from the new location. Catalyst has plans to occupy the space by late summer of 2011 and to employ 88 full-time and two part-time employees.
Site and Operational Plans were also considered and approved for Hospira to occupy 82,104 square feet of space at 10616 82nd Avenue. This location will serve as a supplemental warehouse and distribution facility to its current Pleasant Prairie facility at 10501 80th Avenue. Plans call for Hospira to take occupancy of the new location by June of this year. The new location will employ three full-time positions.
