Work in the Meadowdale area will be paid for by a combination of special assessments to impacted property owners, developer funding and general fund dollars. Paving in Pleasant Homes and at the I-94 water tower will be paid for through the Water Utility. Work at Springbrook Innovation Center will be paid for by the Stormwater Utility and grant funding. Work in the Prairie Ridge retail center will be paid for by the developer. Work on the West I-94 Frontage Road will be paid for with funds from the TID #2 Budget. The Village received ARRA (federal) funds for work on Cooper Road.
