08/27/2005 | Shoplifting Leads to Arrest of Escapee
(PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI) Pleasant Prairie Police Officers were summoned to Prime Outlets in Pleasant Prairie late Saturday afternoon regarding a man who had been seen shoplifting items from a store there. Officers responded and located the man, Donell J. Hill, 25 of Milwaukee. When they attempted to stop him, he fled the area of the mall in a vehicle and led officers on a short pursuit that terminated south of Prime Outlets on 120th Avenue when the vehicle left the roadway and struck a stand of trees.

Hill exited the vehicle and fled on foot into a wooded area.
