Cigarette License

A Cigarette License is required for each establishment with the intent to manufacture, sell, exchange, barter, dispose or are giving away or keeping for the sale of cigarettes, cigarette paper or cigarette wrappers made or prepared for the purpose of being filled with tobacco for smoking. The cost of a Cigarette License is $100 per license year (July 1 – June 30th) and can be obtained from the Village Clerk.
