The process to obtain a Secondhand Article Dealer and/or Secondhand Jewelry Dealer License takes approximately three weeks from the date of application until the date of issuance. Prior to submitting a license application, contact the Community Development Department at (262) 925-6717 to inquire whether a zoning permit is required. License fees are non-refundable and are to be paid at the time the application is submitted.
